LOURINE THOMPSON DAVIS

Lourine Thompson Davis, 83, of Salem, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, February 12, 2017.  She was a longtime member of Salem Baptist Church and was co-owner of Lourine’s Breast Prosthesis and Wigs in Salem. She assisted hundreds  of ladies thru the years.  She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings; and her beloved husband, James Edward Davis. 

She is survived by a host of nieces and nephews. 

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Sherwood Memorial Park followed by a Memorial Service at Salem Baptist Church starting at 12:00 noon with Rev. Everett Kier officiating.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, February 13, 2017. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Salem Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society.
