Sheri Lynn Haupt

Sheri’s Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, May 26, 2018,
1 p.m. at Messiah United Methodist Church, 6215 Rolling Rd., Springfield, VA 22152. A reception will follow in the Fellowship Hall. Childcare will be provided from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.


Sheri Lynn Haupt, 34, of Roanoke, Va. went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 7, 2018.  She was preceded in death by Bettye J. Haupt (Grandmother) and Philip C. LaFond (Grandfather).
Surviving to cherish her memory are: Robert R. Haupt, Sr. (Grandfather); Elizabeth J. LaFond (Grandmother); Robert R. Haupt, Jr. (Father); Marcel Jefferson (Stepmother); Renee M. LaFond (Mother); Heather H. Ulsh (Sister); Benjamin J. Ulsh (Brother-in-law); Grayson J. Ulsh (Nephew); Anthony J. Cautilli (Brother); Ann E. Rosenberry (Aunt); Nicole Reyes (Cousin); Daniel P. LaFond (Uncle); Elizabeth N. LaFond (Aunt); Mason P. LaFond (Cousin); Ryan M. LaFond (Cousin); Daniel C. LaFond (Cousin); Teri Byers-Koleas (Aunt); Robert S. Koleas (Uncle); Allison B. Ray (“Sister” cousin); Amy L. Byers (“Sister” cousin); Duke (Fur baby); And many other members of her extended family.
Sheri was deeply passionate about her family, friends, and fur babies. Throughout her childhood and young adulthood Sheri had the incredible ability to express herself through dancing.  She loved taking part in community outreach programs through her home church in Northern Virginia, and impacted many lives in the process.  She was a loving and proud “Auntie Sheri” to her nephew Grayson and niece Ava. In addition to her deep love for her family, Sheri had an innate ability to make friends with anyone she met.
She made a connection with each and every one that she met.

Services will be held in the Spring by the family.

If there ever comes a day when we can’t be together, keep me in your heart, I’ll stay there forever.
