My dad made choices, some good and some poor. The poor decisions that he made are numerous. To be honored one must be able to make honorable decisions. A good dad never abandons his child, through thick and thin, a real man honors his son and protects him from raving insane, hateful people. But some choose the path of least resistance. Some have phony honor and some have real honor. No one knows a man's heart. But for me I chose Honor, Love, Loyalty & Respect. My family means all to me! But some lack in wisdom and honor.

Sorry for the loss of your love one. John 5:28, 29 assures us that Jesus will restore life to those who has died. Revelation 21:3, 4 gives further assurances that death will be swallowed up forever. This is a comforting thought knowing that your loved one is in God's memory. Hope this brings comfort.

My Dad was a good man. I have missed him for many years before his passing! My memories of us fishing on Grandview fishing pier, and calling me Blood and telling me I have to grow up fast, will always be with me! Although others did their best to make me look bad in his eyes, He loved me and I knew it! He told me things that others will never know! Dad may you rest in peace and know that when the wind blows and the sun shines, we will forever be family and I am your Blood!
