PEGGY A. MEADOWS

Peggy Meadows, 61, of Salem, Va. went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 14, 2017. 

She was born on May 26, 1955, in Beckley, W.Va. to William and Jean Ormandy.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Ray Ormandy, and a sister; Linda Beaver. 

Surviving are her husband of 42 years, John Meadows; two daughters, Carolyn Snead and Angela Meadows-Keister (Austin); two grandsons, Hunter Snead and Ashton Snead; her parents, William and Jean Ormandy; four brothers, David Ormandy (Joyce), Bill Mark Ormandy, (Nancy), Reed Ormandy,(Becky), and Daniel Ormandy (Michelle). 

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at Sherwood Abbey Chapel, Sherwood Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Abbey Chapel.
