Thelma D. "Blondie" Long

Thelma D. “Blondie” Long, 95 passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rodney and son, Steve.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Tony Long; two daughters, Annette Caldwell and her husband Roger and Jeanette Long; daughter in law, June Lawlor and husband Tim; grandchildren, Payne, Daniel and wife Tabatha, Robert “Robbie”, great grandchildren, Mason and Thomas; sister, Ginny and her son Mark; brothers, John and his wife Doris and family, and Charles and his wife Louise and family; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and church family members with Peters Creek Church of the Brethren.

She was a very dedicated member with her church. She loved her flowers and garden. She will be greatly missed.

A graveside service will be held at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 1:00 pm.

Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Peters Creek Church of the Brethren.
