Regina "Gina" F. Maxwell

Regina “Gina” F. Maxwell, 56, of Salem passed away on May 3, 2020 at LewisGale Medical Center.

A native of Virginia she was the loving wife of 24 years to Charlie Maxwell, who survives, and the daughter of Flora “Flo” Murray, who survives, and the late Jason A Murray. In her early life Gina studied law before finding her passion as an entrepreneur. She had a natural talent to sell and was a great saleswoman. Gina was a member of Riverside EMC. She loved caring for Maggie and fishing. She was truly a jack of all trades and mastered anything she set her mind to.

Gina was devoted to her family and in addition to her husband and mother is survived by her son, Isaac Maxwell and wife Lilly; two step daughters, Carrie Ertel and husband Scott and Amy Schoonover and husband Adam; five grandchildren, Austin, Carly, Hallie, Taylor, and Gabby; two great grandchildren, Zephyrn and Aubriana “Rosie”; her sister, Della Price and husband Junior; two brothers, Roger Murray and Andy Murray; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her sister, Stephanie Murray.

In light of the recent restrictions due to the Coronavirus a private memorial service will be held for the immediate family at Lotz Funeral Home in Salem.
