Owen L Barker

Owen L Barker, 97, of Roanoke passed away at Salem Health and Rehabilitation on Wednesday, September 16, 2020.

A native of Virginia he was the husband of Myrtle Barker, who survives, and the son Alexander Barker and Amanda Barker, both deceased. Owen was an avid golfer who loved his family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife he is survived by four children, Roger Barker and wife Janice, Bobby Barker and wife Wanda, Joanne St. Clair and husband Mickey, and Susan Barker; seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and his sister, Bernice Hughes.

A graveside service will be held at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens on Monday, September 21, 2020 at 11:00 am.
