Nancy Jewell Davis Dewease

Nancy Jewell Davis DeWease,76, of Salem, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, November 8, 2021.

She was born on March 29, 1945. She is the daughter of the late Otha Galen and Esther Payne Davis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, Marvin Elwin DeWease, Sr.

Nancy is survived by her sons, Marvin Elwin II and wife Angela of Evington, Va and Calvin Lee of the home; grandchildren, Jonathan DeWease, Kelsey Stone (Matt), Rachel Dolan, Erin Dolan; great grandsons, River and Reed Stone; and siblings, Martha Elizabeth Miller (Ernest), Galen Davis (Linda), Mary Juanita Smith, Leonard Davis (Kathy).

Nancy owned and operated Nancy's Cleaning service. After retiring, she spent years with quilting and crafting. She was a member of Ridgewood Baptist Church.

A graveside service will be conducted Friday November 12, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens with the Pastor Roy Kanode officiating.
