Margaret "Peggy" Taliaferro Reynolds

Margaret “Peggy” Taliaferro Reynolds, 92, passed away on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at her home in Salem, Virginia surrounded by her family. Peggy was a graduate of Andrew Lewis High School. She was retired from the County of Roanoke and was a member of Church of Christ, Salem.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney Staples Taliaferro and Ruth Wheeler Taliaferro; her sisters Nadine Poff and Betty Jo Hartsel; and daughter-in-law, Mary Louise Reynolds.

Survivors include her sons Ronald (Yvonne) Reynolds, Keith Reynolds, Phillip Reynolds and her daughter Margaret Reynolds Hodge. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

A memorial service is planned for Friday, August 6 at 12:00 pm at Church of Christ, West Main Street Salem. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
