One of God’s Angels on earth, our Precious Lisa, has been reunited with her Dad and best friend, Fredrick Randolph Carroll Sr. She is rejoicing today with Big Freddie, Aunt Joyce, Big Jim, Uncle Ronnie, Uncle Richard and all of the others that she loved so dearly and has mourned so deeply since the day they moved on to their heavenly home.
Heaven’s gain is our loss as we mourn Lisa’s passing until we are all reunited someday. Lisa loved fiercely with a brilliant spirit, a radiant smile and a compassionate heart. Lisa truly believed that her purpose on earth was to help others and she would fight like a pit bull to protect her family and friends that she loved. So many of us that have been touched by her love and kindness are sad today but must find peace in knowing she is enjoying her heavenly home.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Jeff Farmer who loves her with all of his heart; stepdaughter, Kelly; the two best brothers in the whole world and their wives, Freddie and Kim Carroll and David and Peggy Carroll; Nieces and Nephew,Brittany Carroll (Dylan) and Nicole Biddle (Sean)(Sophia, Ivie and Penelope), CJ Danielsen (Sarah Crane); Uncle Bunny (Roger Carroll) and Dot; Father and Mother-in-law, Jim and Judy Farmer; brothers-in-law, Jim Farmer (Dreama), John Farmer (Suzanne) and Joe Farmer (Stephanie); cousins Jimmy Carroll (Susan), Melonie Carroll, Curtis Carroll (Angie), Roger Carroll (Michelle), Emily Fields (Tommy), Robin Carroll (Dennis), Traci Wade (Larry); extended family member, Ann Boyd; dear friends Mark and Alisha Crosier and Kaleb, Randy and Vickie Smith, Alyson Chaisson, Rowena Epperly, Phyllis Radford, Jeanne Greening (David) and so many other family and friends.
Lisa enjoyed the 30 years she worked for the City of Salem, many of those years in the City Manager’s office with Randy Smith. She also spent time working in many of the other departments before working in the real estate department and getting her license as a real estate appraiser. Lisa enjoyed fishing, hiking, riding her four wheeler, riding the jet ski on the lake, camping and traveling but most of all she enjoyed just spending time with the people she loved.
Her family is planning a Celebration of Life at a future date.
Donations in Lisa’s name may be made to her favorite charities: St Jude or League of Older Americans.
