Kathy Boothe Wells

Kathy Boothe Wells, 71, of Salem, passed away April 7,2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Doug Wells; her mother, Rachel Boothe.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Joey Lynn and husband, Dexter; grandchildren, Haley, Joe, Rachel,  Dylan, Parker; son, Jason Wells and wife, Tasha; grandchildren, Chloe, Aubrey; her sister, Joyce Bain; brother, Billy Boothe and wife, Ann; special niece, Angela Bohon and husband, Greg; Taylor, Brayden; Troy and wife, Jess; nephews,  Casey and Brad Boothe; best friend, Sarah Staton.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 11, 2021, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Lotz Salem Chapel. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 3 p.m. in the Chapel.
