Joanne Brusco Earley

Joanne Brusco Earley, 78, of Roanoke, Virginia, went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 13, 2020.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, David; their children, Nancy (Marty) Misicko of Troutville, Jennifer Earley of Salem, Matthew (Amber) of Bentonville, Arkansas, and brother, Garrett (Carol) Brusco, of Mount Vernon, Ohio.  She is the beloved grandmother of four granddaughters, Leah and Julia Misicko, and Ariana and Noelle Earley; and cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Josephine Tuicillo and Chester Brusco; and her step-father, Jules Kovalec.

Joanne was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Her life was spent sharing the love and light of Jesus Christ while serving in church administration, teaching preschool and Sunday school, and leading children and youth ministries.  Joanne was a devoted volunteer, most recently with The Roanoke Rescue Mission and the Ronald McDonald Family Room at Carilion Clinic Children’s Hospital.

A celebration of Joanne's life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday July 25, 2020, at Celebration Church of God, 4429 Buck Mountain Rd., Roanoke. VA  24018.  The family requests those attending please wear a mask.
