James Allen Bostic, 72, of New Castle, VA went to be with the Lord on June 14, 2018. He was a loving husband and devoted father.
Allen graduated from New Castle High School. He served in the Army and completed a tour of duty in Vietnam. He was a dedicated employee of Hercules, then later AET in Covington, VA until his retirement. He was a faithful member of Mt. View Christian Church.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years Pamela, son Michael, daughter Heather and mother, Blanche Bostic. He is also survived by his brother, Doug.
The family will receive friends and family at Lotz in Salem at 1 pm on June 18, 2018. The funeral service will follow at 2 pm and will be officiated by Jim Morris.
