Henry Walton Hutchinson

Henry Walton Hutchinson, 78, of New Castle, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 18, 2022.  He was born on December 17, 1943, to the late Cecil Preston and Sadie Holdren Hutchinson.  In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his grandson, Robert Olin Hanners, III (Rob ); brothers, Herman Hutchinson, Buster Hutchinson, Jerry Hutchinson; a special sister-in-law, Linda Hutchinson; sisters, Roxie Belvins, and Goldie Lam.

Henry is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Barbara Hutchinson; daughters, Betty Hanners-Scott (James), Missy Armes (Brad); son, Johnny Hutchinson (Kay); seventeen grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Geneva Hutchinson; brothers-in-law, Wayne Greenway(Shelia), Dennis Greenway; and many nieces and nephews; and his beloved four legged companion “Curly” that he loved with all his heart.

The family will welcome friends and family one hour before services start on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at 1 p.m. at Level Green Christian Church, Newport, VA., with the Reverend Brad Armes officiating.  Interment will immediately follow at Level Green Cemetery, 3388 Cumberland Gap Road, Newport, VA., 24128.
