Edna Shelor

Edna Shelor, 81, of Salem passed away at her residence on Saturday, February 23, 2019.

A native of Martinsville, VA she was the wife of the late Thomas Eldridge Shelor and the daughter of Edward Stowe and Mary Sue Biggs Stowe, both deceased. Edna was a member of Fort Lewis Christian Church and an avid University of Virginia fan.

She is survived by her daughter, Karen Faria; her son, Mike Shelor and wife Jennifer; her grandson, Thomas Shelor; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at the Lotz Funeral Home Chapel in Salem, 1330 East Main Street, on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 AM prior to the funeral service at Lotz Funeral Home in Salem.
