Eddie Elmore Cox

Eddie Elmore Cox, 72, of Salem, Va., went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 13, 2018. He was preceded in death by his son, Anthony Cox; his parents, Cleve and Lura Cox.

Surviving is his wife of 48 years, Judy Cox; daughter, Edwynna Magenbauer and husband, Stephen Magenbauer; granddaughters, Evyn and Ellie Magenbauer; brother, Bobby Cox and wife, Anna; sister, Carolyn Delp and husband, Charlie; several nieces and nephews.

Eddie retired from food services after 40 years. He was a great example of what a Husband, Dad, Paw Paw and Friend should be. He will be greatly missed.

Cryptside Service will be conducted 10 a.m. Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Sherwood Memorial Park with Rev. Roger Counts officiating.
