EVA F. WOOLDRIDGE

Eva peacefully went to be with the Lord Sunday. Eva had retired from Oak Hall cap and gown. She is a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Daughter of Berkley Griffin Fisher and Addie (Nash) Fisher of Callaway VA., deceased.    Eva was predeceased by her husband Raymond Franklin Wooldridge. Also siblings Mary Pitman, Roy Fisher, B.G Fisher Jr, Frank Fisher, Herman Fisher and their spouses, Son in law Glenn Surface.

Eva is survived by children Russell Wooldridge, his wife Mary, Linda Surface, Stephen R. Wooldridge and his wife Cynthia. Grandchildren: Eric Surface, Katie Van Slooten, husband Chris, April Budnick, husband Brian, Stephen D. Wooldridge, wife Sandy, Evelyn Myers, husband Kenneth, and Henaspring Sharples.  Thirteen great grandchildren, numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and greats that all love her very much.

She was described by those who knew her as one of the sweetest people you'd ever want to meet. Eva has been a member of Highland United Methodist Church in Callaway VA since 1944.

Viewing will be from 6-8 Wednesday, August 7 at Lotz Funeral Home, 1330 E. Main St. Salem, VA.  24153.  Graveside service will be at Sherwood Memorial Park Thursday, August 8 at 11am, 1250 E. Main St. Salem, VA.  24153.

A memorial luncheon will be held at Riverside Evangelical Methodist Church after the services, 1920 Lucas St. Salem, VA., 24153.
