Mr. Christopher "Chris" Jonathan Mittelstetter

Christopher “Chris” Jonathan Mittelstetter, 19, of Salem died Wednesday, August 15, 2018. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Theodore J. “Ted” Mittelstetter, Sr.

Surviving him are his parents, Theodore J. “T.J.” Mittelstetter and Virginia E. “Flo” Langhorne; brothers and sister, Romeo, Daniel Langhorne and Nasya Langhorne; grandmothers, Joyce Mittelstetter and Mary Burwell; uncle, William Burwell (Kenya); special cousin and best buddy, Shane Tooley; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins; his friends that led him to Christ, Teacher, Carylon D. Cecil of Equipping class.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 pm Wednesday, August 22 prior to the service. A celebration of Chris’ life will be held 2 pm, Wednesday, August 22, 2018, at Lotz Funeral Home, 1330 East Main Street, Salem with Pastor Oscar Scales officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
