Buster Sanson

Buster Sanson, 82, of Christiansburg passed away at his residence on March 25, 2022.

He was born on May 29, 1939 to Willard Sanson and Laurie Sanson, both deceased. Buster was also preceded in death by his daughter, Rebecca Sue Long; granddaughter, Joanna Marie Long; two brothers; and two sisters.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Ellen Marie Sanson; two sons, Emmett Sanson and Rocky Lee Sanson; a grandson, Derrick Sanson; two brothers, Jimmy Sanson and Enos Sanson; and two sisters, Faye Smith and Ella Marrs.

The family will receive friends at Lotz Funeral Home in Salem on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm.

A funeral service will be held in the chapel of Lotz Funeral Home in Salem on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 1:00 pm.
