Jo Ann Braden 81, of Roanoke County, went to be with her heavenly father on Saturday, May 6, 2017.
She was preceded in death by Parents, Amos and Georgia Lowe Smith; Husband, Donald Garth Braden; Son, Donald Garth Braden, II “Skip”; Brothers, Glen and Sandy Smith; Sister, Donita Chafin; Sister in law, Martha Smith; Niece, Carmen Smith Matney.
Surviving to cherish her memory: Daughter, Sharon Braden; Grandchildren, Daniel J. Pillman-Braden and Dillon J. Pillman-Braden; Brothers, John Frank Smith and companion Brenda Ratliff, Tommy and Judy Smith; Brother in law, Dickie Chafin; Sister in law, Pauline Smith; Several Nieces and Nephews; Skip’s Fiancé, Pam Christianson; Special Friends, Nancy Adams, Courtney Day, Sandy Wright, and Darren O’Dell.
Memorial Services will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Lotz Funeral Home in Salem with Pastor Kevin Altizer Officiating.
The Family will receive friends from 1-2PM on Saturday, May 13, 2017, prior to the service.
