Frank Lee Compton

Frank Lee Compton, 70, of New Castle, passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2017.  He was a retired union pipefitter for most of his life.  He loved hunting, fishing & sitting on his porch watching deer & he especially loved his bird dogs.  He also enjoyed old cars and tinkering with them.  He loved his church family.

He is survived by his wife of almost 50 years, Scarlett Rock Compton; daughters, Terri Compton and Wendy Compton Cruz and husband, Matthew; granddaughters, Kaysha, Briana and Kierra; a sister, Jennifer Compton. 

A special thanks to his church family at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Salem.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, September 22, 2017 at Lotz Funeral Home, Salem for a time of celebrating Frank’s life.
